Hi, I have a problem with my Pocket NC V2-50, I can’t connect with the PC, when I try to connect the button E-STOP no blinking and the computer don’t recognozise the dispositive, I can see only blue light on the beaglebone, any suggestion?
Send me your serial number (click here if you need help finding it) and let me know if you have been using the older “Legacy” software or the newer Kinetic Control User Interface. In either case, updating the software will be the next step. Please respond to service@pocketnc.com. Thank you.
