I’m working on a part with a critical bore diameter. After watching a few YouTube tutorials on in-process probing in Fusion 360, I’m left wondering if the Solo has capabilities to live update the tool diameter based on the probe’s findings.
Does anyone have any experience with this feature in Fusion 360 + the Solo?

Unfortunately, this isn’t quite supported yet, though we have rolled out features necessary for this to work. In the latest Kinetic Control release, v5.8.3, we rolled out tool wear which allows for small adjustments of the tool diameter when using dynamic cutter compensation. The probing routines don’t yet support adjusting that tool wear, but you can manually enter a tool wear value after probing your bore. It’s on our list of improvements to make at some point.
