After a week of learning, and lots of help from the members and admins here I made my first micro part today and I could not be happier. Shown is the center spider for what I hope will become a very small U joint. The brass bar stock is .250 or about 6mm in diameter. The finished pins are .030" or .76mm in dia. I am super happy with it. Still lots to learn about refining my tool paths and eliminating wasted moves to get the cycle time down from the present 5.5 minutes but overall I am super happy with how it turned out. It might even be possible to go smaller.

wow, 5.5 minutes to clear out all that material? That seems pretty quick on a PNC actually
