Hi, PENTA NC Community; thanks in advance for your attention.
I plan on purchasing an NC V2-10 machine soon, and I need to find out the diameter of the NEMA Motor that rotates the spindle.
The reason is that I plan on fastening a speed reducer (GEAR BOX) to drive another mechanism so I can use the 5 AXIS capabilities for a different purpose, not machining or removing material.
I am assuming the motor is a NEMA 34, and its SHAFT DIA is 14mm. Can somebody confirm that?
Also, how easy is it to remove the spindle from the motor? From what I can see, access to a clamping/fastening part from the top of the housing that may be holding it.
