On today's episode of alternative use of the Pocket NC

5DOF alignment sensitivity and mating repeatability test system for a radio frequency coaxial connector.
Replaced the spindle with an ER32 arbor, that holds the female connector.
The fixture pieces are 3D printed for now, but I’ll machine them out of aluminum.
It already works marvelously well tho. We got a Thorlabs manual xyz positioning stage at work to do this, but I told my colleagues to hold me beer, I might know something infinitely better. :smiley:
