Overview & History I am selling my 2018 Penta Pocket V2-10. This machine has incredibly low hours—in fact, I don’t believe a single thing has ever been cut on it. I originally purchased it from my workplace, where the engineering team intended to use it for a drill bit sharpening project. The engineers left before the project started, and the machine has sat unused. The original tutorial wax cubes are even still untouched.
I’m selling it because I have access to large Okuma mills at work. Whenever I need to mill something, I just use the full-size machines and simply haven’t needed the 5-axis capabilities at home.
Condition & Testing The machine is in excellent mechanical condition. Just prior to listing, I connected my phone to the Kinetic Control interface via the Ethernet port, homed the machine, and spun the spindle up to maximum RPM. Everything worked perfectly and smoothly.
Note on the control board: The only defect is that the mini-USB port on the internal Beagle Bone board came off. This has never been an issue, as I bypass it and use the much more stable RJ45 network port to control the machine anyway.

- Kinetic Control Firmware: Upgraded to the modern Kinetic Control interface (this did not come standard when the machine was built in 2018).
