Hi, Went to warm up the machine today and noticed the the spindle wasn’t running but the timer was still counting up. The machine was only run a week ago without any issues.
Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it.

How old is your machine? Has is been used pretty regularly?
its 2 years old and used about once a month.

My first thought is that the ethernet cables that run up to the spindle may need to be replaced. When you have time, send me an email at service@pentamachine.com and we can discuss some next steps, including shipping you some replacement cables.
