I recently updated the software of my Penta Pocket V.2.50 to version 4.8.1, as per the instructions provided at [https://pentamachine.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PNFUR/pages/369098864/Software+Update+Tutorial]. However, the machine is no longer connecting. Despite attempting the troubleshooting steps and ensuring the setup was correct, the issue persists.
I suspect the problem might be related to an internet disconnection while updating (however it says in the link Do not unplug the machine or the ethernet cord while the software is updating!) or something related to the date as mentioned in that link provided before. so with such cases what should exactly be done? and how to do it?
SO FOR EXAMPLE, do i need to readd the legacy software image on the sdCard or what exactly cause i cant even reach the the versions or check for new versions even though the machine is connected both to Ethernet and to the pc
I tried a lot of stuff to solve it however nothing worked with me. i did even sent an email to support with the serial number of the machine but still got no answer yet.
I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this matter, as I am working under time constraints.
