Hi, on both of my new machines, the pressure gage on Kinetic control is always precisly at .1MPA or 14.76 psi, even when air is completly turned off. So, I can’t even do a spindle warm up cause the program tells me that the air pressure is bellow 20 psi.
Please help me fix this issue.

It sounds like you have been in contact with Chuck for this problem but before you do too much troubleshooting I wanted to make sure you have the air connected to the machine properly.
The air hose needs to come out of the filter/regulator assembly, into the tee fitting on the back of the machine, and then out of the tee fitting and into the back of the spindle. This allows the air to be routed to the air sensor before going to the spindle. The Quick Start Guide that came with your machine should have pictures showing this as well.
Hi, Thanks for the answer, we had not plug the air hose through the Tee Fitting located at the back of the machine. now it is plugged and the pressure seems to work!
