Tool Holder Collision Issues

I have machined the following code. In it, there are four instances where the machine moves to position A-17 to perform an operation. In that position, the tool holder has collided with the machine’s base B. The material was a 1-inch diameter cylinder, sticking out 40 mm from the base. The code was run through the machine’s simulator and did not show any errors. Is there any way to know if the machine will collide with the tool holder? Or how can I prevent this from happening again?

Hi @A.M
Ideally that would be done during tool path programming time and have the base B and vice etc. part of the programming environment so you can set as fixtures or however your CAM system defines it.
